Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated, people-loving Talent Consultant to join our team in Rochdale. We’re a close-knit team that love what we do. We work hard, have a laugh, and celebrate the wins – together.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting our team of experienced recruiters
  • Hunting the best opportunities, whether that be candidates for clients or new business leads across textiles and engineering
  • Sourcing candidates from our database, networks and job boards
  • Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
  • Pre-screening calls to ascertain candidate suitability
  • Keeping our CRM system and job adverts up to date
  • Supporting both the recruitment and marketing teams with admin and project work
  • Gathering market insights and helping us grow our client base

Requirements

  • Sales, admin and/or service experience is essential
  • Confident and naturally great with people
  • Able to converse well with people at all levels
  • Sales focused
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Driven and proactive
  • A team player who brings energy, ideas and positivity, every day
  • Good sense of humour

Nice to have

  • Recruitment experience
  • Interest in the textiles and engineering industry

  • Apply the contractual terms, ensuring compliance with the client and suppliers while managing pricing, vendor neutrality, assignment duration, invoicing, and reporting
  • Provide VMS and program training to client hiring managers and outside staffing partners
  • Exhibit issue resolution by responding to requests with a strong sense of urgency
  • Execute administrative tasks, including reporting, resume shortlisting, assignment tracking, and invoice approvals
