We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent Connector Specialist to support workforce planning, staffing alignment, and resource deployment across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right opportunities by proactively managing staffing demand, evaluating resource availability, and partnering with leadership to optimize project team formation. The Talent Connector Specialist will serve as a bridge between project executives, HR teams, and staffing operations to ensure effective talent placement while supporting employees in achieving their long-term career goals. The ideal candidate understands staffing as both an operational function and a strategic business driver, using skills and capabilities as the foundation for talent alignment and workforce planning.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively manage and triage open staffing demand using tools such as myScheduling to prioritize and align talent to open roles
Partner with project executives to understand project timelines, required skill sets, and staffing priorities
Provide guidance and support during candidate selection and workforce planning discussions
Identify and recommend alternative fulfillment channels when traditional staffing solutions are not sufficient
Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand candidate availability, technical skills, and career aspirations
Ensure talent is aligned effectively to business demand while supporting employee growth and development
Conduct demand quality checks to ensure staffing assignments are accurate, aligned, and operationally sound
Monitor staffing metrics, identify resource gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Generate ad hoc reports and workforce insights for leadership to support strategic staffing decisions
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to staffing processes, talent deployment, and workforce planning
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, workforce planning, or resource management
Strong understanding of staffing operations, recruitment workflows, and resource allocation processes
Experience supporting talent alignment within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Nice to have:
Experience working directly with HR teams and project management teams
Proven success managing staffing demands and workforce planning activities
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in high-volume environments
Experience with resource management platforms such as myScheduling or similar workforce planning systems
