Job Description

This is an opportunity for coach’s who are currently supporting a Level 5 apprenticeship to upskill and support a Level 7 accountancy apprenticeship. Working for an organisation who can provide a definite career path and who promote wellbeing.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding support, advice, and guidance to students throughout their apprenticeship programme
  • Help inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes
  • Manage own caseload of learners
  • Help build a robust learning plan from the start of their apprenticeship
  • Regularly review giving advice and guidance plus any additional support identified tailoring to their individual needs to enable them to achieve their goals

Requirements

  • Supported a Level 5 apprenticeship
  • Have an assessor’s qualification, either CAVA/TAQA qualification or PTLLS/AET qualification or something at a similar level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Approachable with good listening skills
