Talent Coach

• Provide outstanding support, advice, and guidance to students throughout their apprenticeship programme
• Help inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes
• Manage own caseload of learners
• Help build a robust learning plan from the start of their apprenticeship
• Regularly review giving advice and guidance plus any additional support identified tailoring to their individual needs to enable them to achieve their goals

• Supported a Level 5 apprenticeship
• Have an assessor’s qualification, either CAVA/TAQA qualification or PTLLS/AET qualification or something at a similar level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach
• Ability to communicate professionally
• Approachable with good listening skills
