We’re looking for a passionate Talent Co-Ordinator to join our amazing People Team at Thrive Childcare and Education! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Co-Ordinator to join our team, with a strong focus on recruitment compliance. If you are passionate about compliance and supporting a positive and efficient recruitment journey, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Talent Coordinator across England and Scotland
  • Assist with reference chasing, job postings, and vacancy refreshing
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Oversee pre-employment checks including Right to Work and references
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and returned before candidates commence employment
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Help maintain accurate records
  • Support a smooth and compliant recruitment process across the business

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or compliance-focused role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Good understanding of relevant employment legislation
