Job Responsibility

  • Support the Talent Coordinator across England and Scotland
  • Assist with reference chasing, job postings, and vacancy refreshing
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Oversee pre-employment checks including Right to Work and references
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and returned before candidates commence employment
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Help maintain accurate records
  • Support a smooth and compliant recruitment process across the business
