The Talent Capability Enablement Specialist is the “glue” between Workforce Architecture & Planning and Learning & Development—ensuring capability strategy flows seamlessly from model → plan → enablement → impact across Technical, Product, and Leadership domains. You’ll translate competency and workforce-planning outputs into AI-powered playbooks, Workboard-embedded toolkits, and experiential journeys that close prioritized skill gaps, drive performance, and embed learning into the flow of work.
Job Responsibility:
Lead quarterly capability-prioritization sprints with HRBPs and business leaders
Design and deliver experiential journeys (workshops, simulations, cohort bootcamps)
Leverage AI diagnostic bots to surface emerging skill gaps
