Job Description:

This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our branding strategies for both BPO and RPO setups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand presence across multiple digital and social media platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and driving brand consistency across all channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen Crescendo’s presence in the BPO and RPO industries
  • Manage and enhance social media presence across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Create compelling content and campaigns to engage our target audience and promote our company’s culture, services, and achievements
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all internal and external materials
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and showcase Crescendo as a great place to work
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and social media marketing
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support branding and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields, preferably within a BPO and/or RPO setup
  • Proven expertise in social media management and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and brand communication
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent attraction
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing branding initiatives

Nice to have:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and marketing automation tools is an advantage
