Job Description:

Are you a networking natural with an eye for talent? We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Attraction Consultant to join our vibrant team based in Woodingdean, Brighton. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. This is a pivotal role where you'll connect educators with their next great opportunity in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

  • Find, engage, and clear the best talent
  • Proactively hunt for high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff using job boards, social media, and our internal database
  • Take full ownership of the vetting process including conducting interviews, verifying references, and ensuring all DBS and safeguarding checks are completed
  • Act as the bridge between candidates and the front-of-house team
  • Liaise with Recruitment Consultants to get candidates out to work
  • Keep candidate pipelines healthy and ready to respond to urgent school bookings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
