Talent Attraction Consultant | Randstad Education. Location: Woodingdean, Brighton Team: Randstad Education. The Role: The Engine Room of Sussex Schools. Randstad Education is looking for a driven Talent Attraction Consultant to join our specialist team based in Woodingdean. Job Responsibility

  • Working alongside our established Sales Consultants, your mission is to find, engage, and prep top-tier talent
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilising job boards, social media, and our extensive database to find the best teachers and support staff across the region
  • Candidate Profiling: Conducting in-depth screenings to understand a candidate's strengths, ensuring they aren't just a 'CV' but the right fit for our schools
  • Resource Clearing: Managing the vital compliance pipeline. You'll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring DBS checks, references, and safeguarding documents are 100% accurate and ready
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing a seamless, supportive experience for candidates from the moment they apply until they are successfully placed
  • Collaborative Partnership: Acting as the right hand to our Sales Consultants, providing them with a steady stream of 'classroom-ready' talent to meet school demands
