Job Description:

Are you a networking natural with an eye for talent? We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Attraction Consultant to join our vibrant team based in Woodingdean, Brighton. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. This is a pivotal role where you'll connect educators with their next great opportunity in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively hunt for high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff using job boards, social media, and our internal database
  • Take full ownership of the vetting process. This includes conducting interviews, verifying references, and ensuring all DBS and safeguarding checks are completed to the highest standard
  • Act as the bridge between candidates and the front-of-house team. Once a candidate is fully cleared, you'll liaise directly with our Recruitment Consultants to get them out to work immediately
  • Keep candidate pipelines healthy and ready to respond to urgent school bookings

Requirements:

  • Ideally, previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
