About the Opportunity: At Australia Post, our people keep Australia moving and our Talent Attraction and Mobility team plays a vital role in making that happen. In this fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role, you’ll partner closely with operational leaders and HR Business Partners to find great talent and showcase the Australia Post employer brand to candidates across the market. Note that this opportunity has been advertised in in Melbourne VIC however we welcome and open to applications Nationwide.
Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles
Help translate workforce needs into effective sourcing strategies and strong hiring outcomes
Build quality talent pipelines, delivering strong candidate shortlists and providing market insights that support confident hiring decisions
Champion the Australia Post employer brand when engaging with external candidates and communities
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans, role requirements and team culture
Source and attract candidates through a range of channels including job advertising, networks and proactive outreach
Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews to identify strong matches
Provide hiring managers with quality candidate shortlists and support them throughout the interview and selection process
Requirements
Proven recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring environments
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deliver results within tight timeframes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to provide advice and recommendations to leaders
Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments while maintaining a structured recruitment process
A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to operational sites when required
