Job Description

Hybrid-Talent and Performance Programs Manager, Total Rewards. The Talent and Performance Programs Manager plays a key role in shaping how team members experience, grow, and thrive across the organization. This role leads the design and delivery of impactful talent, performance, engagement, and retention programs, partnering closely with leaders and HR teams across the business. You'll use data, strong program management skills, and collaboration to build meaningful, scalable solutions that support both current workforce needs and future talent strategy. It's an opportunity to influence culture, elevate performance, and make a lasting impact at every stage of the talent lifecycle. To give you an idea of team structure, this role will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources, Talent and Rewards and will work in a highly collaborative fashion with leaders across the company including Operations, Professional Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Communications-+, DEI, and Wellness to name a few.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement impactful programs across each stage of the talent lifecycle to ensure a consistent team member experience and to foster a culture of engagement and retention
  • Advance talent management efforts across the company including talent reviews, succession planning, feedback collection (multi-level), goals, and individual development plans
  • Collaborate across functions to design new programs to support the company's current and future talent needs using strong program/project management techniques to develop multi-year recommendations
  • Own the design and delivery of annual performance management efforts
  • Evaluate and refine selection assessments in collaboration with Functional Leaders, our Talent Acquisition Team, and third-party consultants
  • In partnership with HR Talent teams, collect and analyze employee sentiment data and feedback through a variety of methods including survey, focus groups, etc. to understand employee needs and measure program effectiveness
  • Develop and implement effective stay strategies to support leaders in retention efforts
  • Develop and deliver presentations to varying levels of leadership through the company to communicate findings and support the development of action plans
  • Develop program metrics, analyze data, and identify trends to inform program development and improvement
  • Utilize available communication channels and strategies to keep leaders and employees informed and engaged
  • Lead engagement and retention focused working groups and steercos to execute company goals and strategies focused on attraction, engagement, and retention efforts
  • Effectively configure and maintain applicable HR technology and products to deliver programs and measure results (HCM/HRIS, Survey Software, Assessment Software, Data and Reporting systems)
  • Stay up to date and informed of industry trends, developments, and best practices to support constant and never-ending improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology or a related field with 3+ years of experience, or eight years of experience human resources program development or similar
  • Practical knowledge of hiring assessments, employee engagement, feedback collection, and program management concepts including programs and data within HCM systems
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks meeting deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
