Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for management-level positions and field operations
Lead and assist in conducting new union hire orientations, ensuring a seamless “Day 1” experience
Maintain complex Excel trackers with numerous data points to provide weekly, high-accuracy reports to stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to navigate shifting priorities while maintaining a composed and professional delivery
Leverage major job boards and ATS tools to screen and monitor large applicant pools efficiently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is strictly required
Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruiting
Proven track record of filling positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage large datasets/reporting) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the “strong personality” needed to keep teams and projects on track
Nice to have:
Experience in Utility, Engineering, or Telecommunications sectors
Direct experience working with Unionized workforces and labor agreements
A “razor-sharp” attention to detail regarding data integrity and reporting
