Join our team as a Talent Advisor to focus on critical sourcing for corporate blue-collar roles and overall vacancies in the UK market. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role that is set up for significant growth into a full end-to-end recruitment position. Our team is currently transitioning to a full end-to-end RPO model, moving beyond previous regional services. Due to low candidate influx in the UK, your role is initially crucial in building the talent pipeline. This is a chance to play an instrumental part in a growing team and project, focusing on a major client in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Job Responsibility:
Sourcing: Proactively identifying and engaging with candidates for corporate blue-collar and overall vacancies, particularly leveraging your existing networks in the UK
Screening: Conducting first-level screening and digital interviews
Involvement in hiring manager interviews and stakeholder engagement
Responsibility for the salary proposal process, aligning with our full RPO process
Requirements:
Proven background and strong network in Pharma, Life Science, and Crop Science recruitment
Previous experience in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or a similar corporate recruitment environment
Ability to manage a typical workload of 10 to 15 requisitions at one time
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days a week in our Reading office
