Job Description

The MSP Consultant will work as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to the hiring managers with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.

Job Responsibility

  • account and requisition management
  • key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures & best practice to the client
  • main point of contact for agencies and handling suppliers on day to day bases
  • point of contact for escalations and process improvement recommendations
  • management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - SAP Fieldglass
  • ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must have
  • Previous MSP recruitment experience
  • Being an advisor to further business as well as suppliers
  • Comfortable with negotiating expectations
  • Showing proactiveness and being details oriented and well organized
  • Being ready to visit client offices in Belgium - twice per 2 weeks
