Talent Advisor for Randstad Enterprise, an independent partner for optimizing strategic HR management within the Randstad Germany Group. The role involves recruitment coordination and process management for interns and early careers candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating the recruitment process for interns and early careers candidates for our clients
Driving the recruitment process for interns and early careers candidates
Working trustfully with various interfaces, e.g., hiring departments and HR Services, including contact with other business units and Randstad Group subsidiaries
Ensuring high-quality, timely staffing and a positive candidate experience
Serving as the point of contact for all recruitment-related questions
Contributing to various projects
