Job Responsibility:
Strategically source, screen, and assess high-impact candidates for targeted requisitions and job profiles
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for defined business areas, utilizing diverse channels to generate pipelines of qualified and diverse talent
Collaborate closely with business teams to deeply understand current and future talent needs and role-specific requirements
Partner with fellow sourcing and talent advisors to brainstorm innovative ideas, maximize resources, and share effective sourcing strategies and candidate insights
Cultivate long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, cold calling, and advanced passive recruiting techniques
Proactively manage pipelines of high-potential candidates for future placement opportunities
Provide valuable labor market research insights, including comprehensive supply and demand reporting
Represent the firm at job fair events and assist in other recruiting initiatives as needed
Participate in hiring leader intake meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of talent needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven talent sourcing experience gained in an agency, search firm, or corporate recruiting environment
Advanced proficiency in proactive outreach, candidate mining, and cold calling sourcing skills
Expertise in Boolean search methods and techniques, social networking, research tools, online resume banks, competitor mapping, and other sourcing techniques such as blogs, alumni groups, and conference attendee lists

Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, coupled with effectiveness in engaging passive candidates
