Job Description

We are looking for Talent Advisor who is interested to join German multinational energy.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on the fulfillment of high-seniority and specialized roles
  • Facilitate "spotlight calls" with hiring managers to define requirements and align on talent strategies
  • Reduce operational risk and stabilize day-to-day "firefighting" to allow for long-term account growth
  • Oversee strict adherence to compliance standards and maintain accurate recruitment documentations
  • Manage external vendor connections and coordinate third-party recruitment partners
  • Lead internal training sessions to maintain high service standards and team performance

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Background in managing complex, high-touch corporate accounts or RPO environments
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience
  • Being proactive, autonomous
  • Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sourcing skills to cooperate closely with Sourcing Recruiters
