We are looking for Talent Advisor who is interested to join German multinational energy.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on the fulfillment of high-seniority and specialized roles
Facilitate "spotlight calls" with hiring managers to define requirements and align on talent strategies
Reduce operational risk and stabilize day-to-day "firefighting" to allow for long-term account growth
Oversee strict adherence to compliance standards and maintain accurate recruitment documentations
Manage external vendor connections and coordinate third-party recruitment partners
Lead internal training sessions to maintain high service standards and team performance
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German
Background in managing complex, high-touch corporate accounts or RPO environments
Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience
Being proactive, autonomous
Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong sourcing skills to cooperate closely with Sourcing Recruiters
