Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Advisor who will help us support our global client. As a Talent Advisor working on our ROD program you will be part of a dynamic international global team working for SABIC, a global leader in the chemical industry. In this role, you will create an excellent candidate experience. As Talent Advisor, you will actively promote our SABIC’s values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. You will consult external and internal talents and be a guide and advisor to the Client’s Hiring community and ITA department.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from the initial intake to the final validation of shortlisted candidates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, diagnosing challenges and developing viable business solutions
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to blue-collar technical professionals (operators, technicians, maintenance engineers) and white-collar professionals (finance or legal)
  • Map the competitive landscape for Dutch technical talent, identifying trends and gathering data to build proactive talent pipelines
  • Constantly improve selection processes and leverage RSR’s leading technology to attract top-tier talent
  • Effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manage requisitions, accordingly with SLA’s
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to strict compliance and quality standards
  • Partner with global teams to ensure every candidate receives a first-class, 'human-forward' experience

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with blue-collar/technical recruitment is essential
  • A process-oriented thinker with a concern for quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude and a constant willingness to learn new tools and market trends
  • Fluency in English is required
