We are looking for a sharp, technically-minded Talent Acquisition to spearhead recruitment for our white-collar engineering and technical portfolio from Process and Equipment Engineers to R&D and Yield Specialists who keep our high-tech semiconductor manufacturing plant running flawlessly.
Job Responsibility
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles including Process, Equipment, Automation, Quality, Yield, Test, and R&D Engineers.
Source passive candidates through specialized engineering networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, university partnerships, and technical forums.
Conduct rigorous initial screenings to assess both technical baseline competencies and cultural alignment with high-volume manufacturing environments.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Conduct deep-dive intake sessions with Engineering Directors and Shift Managers to understand nuanced technical requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines.
Act as a talent market expert, providing data-driven insights on salary benchmarks, competitor talent movement, and talent availability.
Data & Continuous Improvement: Track and report on core recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Quality, and Offer Acceptance Rates) to identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure a premium candidate experience, ensuring every engineer whether hired or not walks away with a stellar impression of our brand.
Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a semiconductor plant, cleanroom environment, or a heavy high-tech manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
Sourcing Prowess: Proven track record of hunting down niche technical talent in a candidate-scarce market.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to comfortably command the attention of senior engineering leaders.
qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
