About the job: Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, which includes developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications, performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards. Manage and constantly improve the recruitment process and full life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and provide guidance throughout the whole hiring process. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Assure a great candidate experience and guide the candidate on benefits, salary and corporate environment, also throughout the offer negotiation process. Manage the internal recruitment database, regular recruitment reporting and support the growth of the candidate pipeline.
