Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar experience
  • Well-versed in technical and engineering recruitment, with a strong ability to understand and articulate complex technology roles
  • Hands-on, working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing candidates
  • Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced contract environment
