• Managing the end to end hiring cycle from sourcing to offer, including the coordination with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicating with the hiring managers to understand the job and talent requirements
• Understanding the candidate journey and expectations to deliver a superior experience to anyone considering an opportunity
• Should be familiar with mapping out the talent landscape to gain insights into potential candidates, competitors, and industry trends
• Being target driven and timeline focused to close the positions on time
• Working with a keen focus on driving up the conversion rate of screened candidates

• 2+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast paced, high growth environment, specifically in the product companies
• Web3 enthusiast is preferred
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work cross functionally
• Has experience negotiating offers, closing candidates, and managing processes fully
• Has a decent understanding of various recruitment tools for sourcing, ATS systems, data management, etc
• Open to ask questions, bring ideas to the table, and contribute in a collaborative environment
• Should have the ability to work independently
