Job Description

Ideal candidate will have strong experience in Talent Acquisition and mentioned talent should work closely with business functions.

Job Responsibility

  • First-level talent acquisition effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
  • Liaison with external recruitment agencies to attract best possible talent pool for the organization
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
  • Connect with potential candidates and set interviews
  • Generate and submit job postings on job boards and internal/external website
  • Search resumes in applicant database and forward to appropriate hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level
  • Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly
  • Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions
  • Fully explain the steps of the interview process to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectations
  • Gain market intelligence including understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations
  • Make initial candidate contact and build relationships with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new candidate prospects
  • Drive all recruitment activities through DCBLs applicant tracking system and ensure that the local recruitment Policy is adhered to
  • Provide reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to Regional TA Lead on a periodic basis
  • Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization
  • Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes
  • Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization

Requirements

  • MBA /MSW specialized in HR Full time
  • 2-4 yrs years of experience in HR in Retail/Telecom ,fmcg industry as Talent Acquisition role
  • Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Knowledge in MIS
  • Demonstrated ability to core TA professional
