Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conducting preliminary stage interviews, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract a qualified diverse pool of candidates.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develops comprehensive recruitment plans
Conduct preliminary stage interviews to assess candidate suitability on behalf of hiring managers
Utilizes various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract a qualified diverse pool of candidates

Requirements:

Previous HR experience, a plus
3+ years experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting
Well organized with strong attention to detail
