Job Description

● Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, professional networking sites, Boolean search, industry events, and internal databases. ● Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in areas such as software engineering (backend, frontend, full-stack), data science, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and other relevant Fintech specializations. ● Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for open roles and refine sourcing strategies accordingly. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about our company and open opportunities. ● Screen resumes and initial candidate profiles to assess qualifications and fit. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ● Track and analyze key sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies. ● Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends, tools, and technologies, as well as developments in the Fintech industry.
