Job Description

In this position, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team for a 12-month journey, taking an active role in managing recruitment processes for two business units while building strong connections with young talents through campus activities. You will support end-to-end recruitment operations with an innovative mindset, contributing to strengthening Henkel’s employer brand across multiple channels. Additionally, you will ensure smooth operational processes within the team and take ownership of Employer Branding initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting the long-term internship recruitment process for 2 business units while continuously maintaining strong partnership with young talents via campus activities during the year
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition Team on the recruitment process with an innovative approach to further strengthen Henkel’s brand image within the talent market
  • Advertising job descriptions on recruitment channels including Henkel career portal, LinkedIn and local career web sites
  • Handling operational tasks to ensure efficient financial process for the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Assuming responsibility for the successful execution of the Employer Branding operations
  • Creating strong partnership with universities, engaging presentations and case studies, and contributing to the career fairs

Requirements

  • Having a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Fresh graduate with a solid internship experience in HR within the Recruitment, Employer Branding operations
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
  • Willingness and eagerness for continues personal development
  • Good at interpersonal relations and managing various stakeholders at a time
