Discover and gain hands-on experience in recruitment in a fast-growing international company! As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring candidates. You will discover the full-cycle recruitment, from taking the need with hiring managers and onboard new employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Open and post job opportunities to attract the right candidates
  • Screen resumes and assist with scheduling interviews
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates, following up to provide feedback and keep them informed throughout the process
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and reporting as needed to ensure the onboarding

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Likes international and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
