Job Description

For our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced power systems, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Technology Lead. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team based in Krakow. The TA Technology Lead will be responsible for defining and delivering the Talent Acquisition (TA) technology strategy, ensuring the effective adoption, optimization, and governance of TA systems. The role provides dedicated leadership for TA technology, enabling improved efficiency, scalability, and user experience across recruitment processes. The role will take ownership of the TA technology roadmap, including maximizing existing platforms (e.g., Workday), leading the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow, and identifying future technology opportunities. It will also ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and change management frameworks are in place.

Job Responsibility

  • Define & Own Roadmap: Drive the multi-year TA technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert on TA tech for senior stakeholders and the Head of TA Operations
  • Market Trends: Monitor emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
  • End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of all TA tools
  • System Optimization: Maximize ROI on current systems (including Workday) and lead the implementation of ServiceNow within TA
  • Automation & Business Cases: Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and build business cases for new tools
  • Frameworks & Security: Establish governance and ensure full compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with IT, Legal, and HRIS to align TA tools with enterprise architecture
  • Insights & Reporting: Define data requirements and ensure systems deliver accurate, actionable insights for decision-making
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the overall effectiveness of the TA tech stack
  • Drive Adoption: Lead change management, creating training materials for TA teams and hiring managers
  • User Experience: Ensure a high-quality, consistent user experience across all platforms

Requirements

  • Experience operating at a manager level within TA technology, HRIS, or recruitment operations
  • Demonstrated experience defining and delivering technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) and workflow/ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Experience managing technology implementations and optimisation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in change management and driving user adoption
  • Analytical capability with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements in HR systems
  • Project or programme management experience
  • Experience in digital transformation within HR or TA function
  • Knowledge of automation tools or AI applications in recruitment
