Are you a recruitment professional with a proven track record in the trucking or supply chain sector? We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have the "industrial DNA" required to navigate the complexities of driver recruitment and logistics staffing, this is the role for you. On behalf of our client, a premier national logistics provider located in the Northwest Edmonton industrial area, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist for a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute full-cycle support including postings, resume reviews, and pre-screening specifically for the transportation and logistics sector
  • Handle the high-volume collection of driver documents, ensuring all applications and forms are uploaded accurately into the TruckRight ATS
  • Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding flow to keep pace with the fast-moving logistics cycle
  • Coordinate with recruiters and operations teams across the country to fill critical roles
  • Assist in managing online hiring events and Indeed campaigns to attract qualified blue-collar talent

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience specifically within the Transportation and Logistics industry
  • Experience in high-volume blue-collar manufacturing will be considered
  • Previous experience using TruckRight or similar transportation-focused Applicant Tracking Systems is highly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage heavy documentation requirements with total accuracy
  • A self-starter who is responsive, professional, and thrives without being micromanaged
