Job Responsibility:
Own the entire recruitment life cycle, starting from employer branding strategies to attract the right talent, through to meeting them on their first day
Actively profile, identify and attract both active and passive candidates
Deliver a candidate experience that we can be proud of
Build long lasting relationships and keep in touch with passive candidates
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an internal or agency role where you’ve juggled different priorities and stakeholders
You’re adaptable and enjoy the challenge of learning how to hire within new industries
You’re highly organized, can hold stakeholders accountable and comfortable building relationships with hiring managers both locally and globally
You’re an outstanding communicator and enjoy building rapport and long lasting relationships with Candidates
Nice to have:
You have prior experience recruiting within a technical industry and understand the inner workings of a tech company
