We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this short-term contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
Promote the organization's employer brand to enhance visibility and attract top talent
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with HR and management teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes
Assist with workforce planning and forecasting to ensure future staffing needs are met
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and tools
Familiarity with employer branding techniques to enhance recruitment efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
