Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main goal will be to ensure Powerdot hires the right talent with speed and quality, while supporting internal mobility and giving hiring managers a smooth, structured, and efficient recruitment experience. As part of the People team, you will manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on recruitment strategy
  • Draft, review, and publish clear and attractive job descriptions and job ads
  • Manage job postings across different channels, including job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, internal talent pools, agencies, and proactive pipeline building
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and business needs
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and relevant experience
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Support interview process quality by ensuring consistency, structure, and a strong candidate experience
  • Manage assessment steps when needed, such as skills tests, business cases, or scorecards
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback to support decision-making
  • Conduct reference checks when required
  • Prepare and coordinate offer creation, offer communication, and offer negotiation with candidates
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process from kick-off to signed offer
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate data for reporting and forecasting
  • Follow up on open requisitions and hiring plans with managers and stakeholders
  • Support internal mobility processes, including internal candidates, transfers, and promotions into critical roles
  • Contribute to talent acquisition reporting and process improvement initiatives
  • Help maintain strong employer branding by ensuring quality candidate communication and market visibility

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
  • Ability to manage several open roles at the same time while keeping quality and speed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good judgment in candidate assessment and selection
  • Comfort working with ATS and recruitment reporting
  • Experience recruiting across different functions or countries

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish
  • Experience in fast-paced, international, or scale-up environments
