As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
Provide a world-class candidate experience
Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc
Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
Requirements:
+3 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player
Experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus
Experience working with ATS systems
Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations
