Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. As Global-e continues to grow, we are looking to bring-on an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with the end-to-end recruitment process across our locations in APAC Japan & Korea. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, who can work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting Global-e’s talent acquisition efforts during a period of continued global expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Fully own the recruitment process from intake to offer, including candidate screening, interview management, and offer coordination, while managing multiple roles across the region with efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through strategic inbound and outbound sourcing, using creative, multi-channel approaches to attract top candidates
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Ensure a positive, consistent, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, optimize the hiring process, and ensure we attract the right talent efficiently

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in Japan
  • experience in other APAC regions is a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment strategies that find, attract, and close passive candidates
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing tools
  • Hands-on experience in conducting candidate phone screenings as part of the recruitment process
  • Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and adapting strategies to drive better outcomes
  • Extremely organized with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pace environment
  • Experience in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations is preferred
  • Near native Japanese (JLPT N1) + Business-level English
  • Must be based in Japan
