Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, advising on market trends and drafting compelling job postings
Identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative sourcing channels
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring clean data, compliance, and a streamlined candidate pipeline
Ensure an exceptional, equitable, and inclusive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring journey
Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in an agency environment or as an in-house corporate recruiter
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills, with a keen eye for assessing both technical fit and cultural add
Proven expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
