Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition and Development CoE team part of our HR Division in our offices in Thessaloniki, Greece. By joining this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in sourcing and assessing talent for strategic positions within the Defence and Metals sectors. Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and in-depth candidate assessments, you’ll actively contribute to key hiring decisions and help shape the future of our teams.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a recruitment environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with our tools/systems: SuccessFactors or other Applicant Tracking System, MS 360
Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, People Aggregators)
Candidate experience focused, passionate about employer branding and be creative in our approach to sourcing talent
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate
Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates and external partners
Motivated by impact, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and practical solutions
