Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
Represent the organization at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract talent and expand local candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and adjust recruiting strategies as priorities shift
Guide new hires through onboarding steps and ensure documentation, communication, and scheduling are completed accurately and on time
Maintain employee and candidate records within HR systems while supporting general HR administrative processes
Assist with benefit-related coordination and respond to routine questions from employees and new hires
Contribute to employee relations support by helping address concerns, escalating issues when appropriate, and promoting a positive workplace experience
Adapt quickly to changing demands and provide dependable support across recruiting and broader HR operations
Support updates or changes to HR processes and systems as needed while keeping workflows organized and efficient
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role
Background in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support
Experience using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate personnel or candidate data
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates, employees, and community partners
Comfortable working onsite and participating in external events such as job fairs and networking functions
Ability to stay organized, shift priorities quickly, and remain effective in a dynamic environment
Efficient, proactive approach with strong follow-through and a service-oriented mindset
