Job Description:

Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture, service philosophy, and brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally
  • Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD)
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation
  • Support pre-employment processes including offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding
  • Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Workday experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
