Job Description:

Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture, service philosophy, and brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally
Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD)
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation
Support pre-employment processes including offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding
Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
Workday experience is an advantage
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
Fluent in English
