Job Responsibility:
Meet recruitment targets by designing and delivering sourcing strategies for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles
Utilize advanced tools and technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates
Pre-qualify candidates and deliver an excellent candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador from the first point of contact
Build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future hiring needs by leveraging your professional network
Be a data-led storyteller, using market insights and recruitment metrics to influence stakeholders and optimize the search process
Requirements:
Experience in tech sourcing or recruitment roles, specifically with proactive headhunting
Must display professionalism and confidence
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work as a team member
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Ability to perform under pressure and within strict deadlines
University degree (a combination of HR and IT/Business studies is a strong advantage)
Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience working with an ATS (Workday is advantageous)
Fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills
