We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation
Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, specialized job boards, and internal databases)
Collaborate with Team leads to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions and candidate profiles
Develop and refine interview processes, evaluation criteria, and salary benchmarking to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Manage pre-employment formalities and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires
Collaborate with HR Operations to strategize and execute comprehensive new-employee orientation sessions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives
Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, actively networking within the industry
Develop recruitment SOPs, assessment tools, and onboarding materials
Spearhead and execute strategic employer branding campaigns to establish Musemind as a premier destination for top-tier creative talent
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management
Any other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within creative agencies, IT, or digital industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions
