• promote brand ethos and company culture
• use Workday daily to manage recruitment processes
• review CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners
• manage relationships with specialist agencies, universities, and job boards.

• Proven internal recruitment experience is essential
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage talent effectively
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results
• Strong communication skills with a people-first approach, ensuring positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
