We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing to identify and attract top-tier candidates. This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in corporate environments and is passionate about building a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring demands
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and engage potential candidates
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong skills in talent sourcing and identifying high-potential candidates
  • Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of talent branding and employer branding strategies
  • Understanding of relevant hiring laws and regulations
