Cleveland Construction is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This candidate will possess the skill for sourcing, attracting top talent, hiring and onboarding. This candidate will be proficient in full-cycle recruiting, building strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction recruitment, excellent communication skills, and is proficient in technology.
Job Responsibility:
Develop policies and strategies for acquiring new top talent
Must be comfortable with passive recruiting
Prioritize and strategically build talent pipeline both active and passive
Analyze the company’s hiring and talent needs and provide quality candidates
Ability to use various channels to source candidates
Work alongside hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
Manage resume review, phone screens, and onsite interview coordination
Build relationships with applicants and promote referral programs
Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
Coordinate with hiring manager on candidate offer process
Ability to handle high volume recruiting with little supervision
Manage new hire paperwork and new hire drug screening
Manage and facilitate talent reporting and data points
Requirements:
2+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience and or degree in related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in effective communication both internally and externally
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results driven
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and more is a must
Experience with Commercial Construction Recruiting is preferred, all recruiting backgrounds will be considered
Onsite Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
