We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background supporting high-volume manufacturing and warehouse environments, specifically within aerospace or industrial production settings. This role will primarily focus on recruiting skilled manufacturing professionals including Machine Operators, NDT Technicians (Non-Destructive Testing/X-Ray Inspection), production associates, and additional warehouse personnel involved in the manufacturing of airplane engine components. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, operations leadership, and employees in a fast-paced production environment. This role will also support onboarding, employee relations, benefits communication, and general HR functions as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and production-related positions
Recruit and source candidates for roles including: Machine Operators, NDT Technicians (Non-Destructive Testing/X-Ray Inspection), Production Associates, Warehouse Personnel, Quality Control Technicians
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and plant leadership
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles
Partner with operations teams to understand workforce planning and staffing needs
Support onboarding processes including orientation, new permanent paperwork, and compliance documentation
Assist employees with benefits questions, HR policies, and general employee support
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment laws
Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees, leadership teams, and external candidates
Requirements:
Experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a closely related hiring function
Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle recruiting across multiple openings at the same time
Strong talent sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage prospective candidates through various channels
Familiarity with partnering directly with hiring managers and advising on recruitment approaches
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to represent and reinforce employer branding in candidate interactions
Proficiency with standard recruiting tools, applicant tracking practices, and candidate documentation
