We are looking for a forward-thinking TA Specialist to join our client's team of three for a global retail logistics brand. You be will managing end-to-end volume recruitment across ANZ, with a focus on supporting corporate function roles of the business.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a volume portfolio of 10-20 roles at once, moving from role briefs to templates with high precision and structure
Manage stakeholder communication—charismatic, driven managers who value results and want to know tasks are already done rather than in progress
Utilise recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to write engaging ads and source top-tier candidates proactively
Navigate SuccessFactors HRIS with an eye for detail, managing the heavy admin and data requirements of a global system
Drip-feed high-quality talent to hiring managers, ensuring a constant flow of candidates and proactive communication
Challenge and consult with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview feedback, and the overall candidate experience
Maintain global EVP standards while bringing your own out-of-the-box ideas to attract talent in the logistics and retail space
Coordinate seamlessly with the P&C team and manage high-volume interview scheduling
Requirements:
Experience in a fast paced volume hiring setting, either in house or in agency
Ideally some experience managing corporate white collar roles, or dealing with corporate stakeholders
Great multi-tasking skills, knowing how to juggle competing priorities and move quickly on things
Resilience: You stay composed when plans shift and keep pushing toward the done list
A high-level communication style who can navigate different personalities, challenge hiring managers when needed, and build instant credibility
A proactive attitude and the confidence to contribute you own new ideas to the team
