As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium. You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with the Business Line, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.
Job Responsibility:
Full end-to-end recruitment process
Publication of vacancies, CV screening, first interviews, feedback to candidates, offer discussions and onboardings
Sourcing proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
Presenting clear and detailed candidate reports
Taking part in employer branding and process improvement initiatives
Developing expertise on target groups and providing business with trends and market information
Attending job fairs together with HR colleagues
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment
Fluent in Dutch and English
Flexible and able to work from office in Diegem
General interest in IT or technological innovation
Prior experience with ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Nice to have:
