Job Description:

Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Freelancer to support mission in Belgian market, managing recruitment for Dutch-speaking sales roles for Belgium and Dutch market with full ownership of recruitment process.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle recruitment process for Dutch-speaking sales roles
Actively headhunt and source candidates
Conduct and coordinate first and second interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the process
Oversee smooth and professional onboarding
Ensure great candidate experience
Represent Selectra as professional organization

Requirements:

Native-level Dutch speaker
Fluent English
Experienced in recruiting and assessing candidates' skills and potential
Results-driven and transparent in communicating progress
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to challenges
Highly organized and efficient
Comfortable with no-meeting policy and independent way of working

Nice to have:

French or German language skills
