Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving the hiring request to onboarding a new employee
Proactively attract and source candidates using social media, sourcing tools and creative search techniques
Conduct market and competitor research to define effective strategies for attracting top talent
Strengthen our employer brand image and participate in both internal and external employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
Understanding of IT technologies and familiarity with Workday HR system will be considered a plus
Nice to have:
