Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving the hiring request to onboarding a new employee
  • Proactively attract and source candidates using social media, sourcing tools and creative search techniques
  • Conduct market and competitor research to define effective strategies for attracting top talent
  • Strengthen our employer brand image and participate in both internal and external employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
  • Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Understanding of IT technologies and familiarity with Workday HR system will be considered a plus
