This position involves managing high-volume recruitment efforts for building staff roles within the Real Estate and Property sector. As a Long-term Contract position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Lead recruitment efforts for contract and permanent building staff roles, including resident managers, porters, and entry staff
Conduct initial screenings and assessments for vacation relief positions and hourly staff
Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate virtual interviews and verify employment documentation
Manage the onboarding process through recruitment management software
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate and prioritize multiple hiring activities to meet deadlines
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Ensure a detail-oriented and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Proven abilities in high-volume sourcing and screening
Proficiency in recruitment management software and Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Positive and detail-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
Experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry is preferred
