Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and sourcing high-quality candidates to help democratize access to culture and entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
Provide a world-class candidate experience
Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Requirements:

+3 years of experience, preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player
A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
C2 or Native English level
Experience working with ATS systems
Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
A solid understanding of Fever's vision, business model, and operations
Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships

Nice to have:

Experience in a fast-growing environment
